Whether you’d like more information about our forms or our events, we’re here to help any way we can. Can’t find what you need? Email us and we’ll be happy to answer any additional inquiries.

WHAT ARE THE BYLAWS OF YOUR COMMUNITY?

Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction of Mountain River Estates can be found on the Parker County and Palo Pinto County Court Clerk Page. Current Owners can find documents on the Owners Page.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT TO RENT THE COMMUNITY CENTER

Amenities can be reserved by emailing mroaboard@gmail.com

Fees: $50.00 per day + $100.00 deposit

WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

Assessments are mailed to each property owner at the beginning of each year . Payments can be returned by mail, dropped off in the mail slot at the community center or given to the Board Treasurer or Secretary.
